Nutty goes for a walk
Share the experience of walking in the countryside with Nutty. Join Nutty as she discovers large and small creatures on her walk.
Let’s go for a walk in the wood
Nutty loves to go for walks in the woods. On her walks she keeps her eyes peeled for wildlife. There are so many different animals hiding in the woods and if you’re very quiet you might see them. In the trees, Nutty spots a grey squirrel with a big bushy tail. What other animals live in the woods?
Nutty knows how important the woods are for animals. It’s their home and we must take care of them. If we cut down too many trees, the poor animals will have no where left to live.
On her walks, Nutty is always careful to stay on the path and not to wonder off. Otherwise she might get lost and we wouldn’t want that.
Next time you go for a walk in the woods, see if you can spot any wildlife. You might be able to watch a squirrel gathering food or see a mummy bird fly back to her nest.
Remember to take care of nature, so it can be a great home for many animals.
